辽宁省丹东建筑公司机修厂在学习外地液压切筋机的基础上于1973年7月制成液压切筋弯曲机,结构合理,能够两道工序同时进行作业。经试用效果基本良好,深受广大职工的欢迎。该机主要用于建筑工程的钢筋混凝土结构中所需的直径在6～32毫米钢筋的切断和弯曲工序。由于该机采取了液压传动,结构紧凑,具有体积小、重量轻、运动平稳无噪音、生产效率高、防超载等优点。适用流动建筑施工现场
The repair factory of Dandong Construction Company in Liaoning Province made a hydraulic bender bending machine in July 1973 on the basis of the study of the hydraulic shearing machine in the field. The structure was reasonable, and two operations can be performed at the same time. The trial results have been basically satisfactory and are well received by the staff. The machine is mainly used for the cutting and bending of steel bars with diameters of 6-32mm in reinforced concrete structures for construction projects. Because the machine adopts hydraulic transmission, the structure is compact, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, smooth and noiseless movement, high production efficiency and anti-overload.
