要提高中学英语教学的质量,必须从初中一年级抓起.学生由小学进入中学,大多数学生刚接触外语,感到新鲜,一般说来学习积极性是比较高的,初一课程尚不很重,这些都给抓好英语教学提供了有利条件.我们初一年级组的三个英语老师,从新生入学开始,就认真搞好英语教学,努力使学生打好英语基础.这学期期中考试,初一六个班学生总平均为九十四分,最高的一个班平均九十八分.和前几届一年级比较,成绩有较大幅度的提高.我们的做法是:
