广东省警察学会第二届公安理论研讨会1996年3月14日至15日在广东省中山市召开。广东省公安厅、警察学会领导对这次研讨会十分重视,早在1995年4月就作了部署。围绕市场经济与公安工作这一具有现实意义的主题,广东各级公安机关和各地警察学会结合本地实际、积极开展调研。至1995年底,学会共收到论文209篇,比第一届研讨会收到的论文增加了51％。论文的质量也比上一届有明显提高。经学会秘书处、专家评审组和学会学术委员会反复评审,最后评定一等奖1篇,二等奖11篇,三等奖27篇,四等奖40篇。学会向本刊推荐的几篇获奖论文具有一定的代表性,反映了广东公安理论研究的实力和水平。
Guangdong Provincial Police Institute second seminar on public security theory March 14, 1996 to 15 in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. Leaders of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau and Police Institute attached great importance to this seminar and were deployed as early as April 1995. Focusing on the realistic theme of market economy and public security work, the public security organs at all levels in Guangdong and the police academies all over the country have made active investigations and studies in light of local conditions. By the end of 1995, the Institute had received 209 articles, an increase of 51% over those received at the first symposium. The quality of the paper is also significantly improved over the previous session. After the secretariat of the Society, the expert review group and the Academic Committee repeatedly reviewed, first prize 1, second prize 11, second prize 27, fourth prize 40. Several award-winning essays recommended to this publication have some representativeness, reflecting the strength and level of the research on the theory of public security in Guangdong.
