王聪智是红河供电局蒙自分局配网带电作业一班班长,22年来,他一步一个脚印,立足本职岗位,刻苦钻研带电作业技术,累计完成带电作业3300余次。从一名普通员工成长为红河供电局线路运检专业二级专业技术技能人才、云南电网公司一级助理技能专家,日前,又被授予2012年南网专业技术标兵称号。王聪智向本刊记者讲述了自己在配网带电作业领域的一些经历和思考。
Wang Congzhi is a squad leader of Mengzi Branch of Honghe Power Supply Bureau who has been working in distribution network for more than 22 years.
