采用噻唑蓝比色法和花环形成试验，观察了不同剂量黄芪配伍的玉屏风散对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性及膜表面Fc受体和C3b受体的影响；结果显示：以传统常规剂量黄芪配伍的玉屏风散，能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞功能；减少黄芪剂量，组方作用降低；增加黄芪剂量，并不增强免疫功能。
Using thiazolyl blue colorimetry and garland formation assay, the effects of different doses of Huangqi compatibility on the activity of peritoneal macrophage and membrane surface Fc receptors and C3b receptors were observed. The results showed that: The compatibility of Yupingfeng San can significantly enhance the function of peritoneal macrophages; decrease the dose of jaundice and reduce the effect of the prescription; increase the dose of jaundice does not enhance the immune function.
