用细胞培养、细胞形态学及联苯胺染色法观察中药灵芝复方对K562 白血病细胞的增殖抑制及分化诱导作用。结果显示:灵芝复方在一定浓度范围内对正常人骨髓CFUGM 生长有促进作用( P < 0 .05) ,而对白血病细胞系K562 细胞增殖表现出剂量和时间依赖性抑制( P < 0 .05) ;在诱导分化剂量下,灵芝复方可促进K562 细胞向红系分化。可见,灵芝复方有望成为一种抗白血病中药
Cell growth, cell morphology and benzidine staining were used to observe the effect of Ganoderma lucidum compound on proliferation inhibition and differentiation induction of K562 leukemia cells. The results showed that: Ganoderma lucidum compound in a certain concentration range of normal human bone marrow CFU GM growth promotion (P <0. 05), while the leukemia cell line K562 cells showed dose- and time-dependent inhibition (P <0. 05); Induced differentiation dose, Ganoderma lucidum compound can promote K562 cells to erythroid differentiation. Visible, Ganoderma lucidum compound is expected to become an anti-leukemia Chinese medicine
