最近,“舌尖上的中国”备受关注,看了这部纪录片的人无不感喟于中国饮食文化的博大精深,这部纪录片向我们证实了,胃不仅是有记忆,而且是可以产生共鸣的。国人们深深地被这种文化吸引,并感动着。而在食品工业的从业者看来,这种饮食文化却使他们别有一番滋味在心头——如何将这种精致和源远流长的民族饮食文化在现代工业社会中继续发扬光大、将其发展成具有鲜明民族特色的现代化食品工业?这份重任让每一个食品工业的从业者心中都感觉到了沉甸甸的份量。
