通过膜饲吸血法,使中华按蚊同时吸入马来丝虫微丝蚴和标记物(~(35)S-蛋氨酸、~3H-尿嘧啶核苷和~(32)P-磷酸二氢钠)。待微丝蚴发育至第三期幼虫后分离并测定其放射性。结果表明幼虫都成功地获得了标记,但幼虫获得标记物的量并不相同,成蚊和幼虫获得的~(35)S-蛋氨酸标记量均较~(32)P-磷酸二氢钠为高。提示成蚊和幼虫对不同营养物具有选择性。本文为研究马来丝虫幼虫的生物学特性提供了一个接近自然条件的体内标记方法。
Through membrane feeding and blood-sucking method, Chinese Anopheles sinensis inhaled both microfilariae and markers (~ (35) S-methionine, ~ 3H-uridine and ~ (32) P- sodium phosphate) . The microfilariae to be developed until the third larvae after the separation and determination of radioactivity. The results showed that the larvae successfully obtained the marker, but the larvae obtained the amount of the marker is not the same, adult mosquito and larvae obtained ~ (35) S-methionine labeled amount compared with ~ (32) P- sodium dihydrogen phosphate is high . It indicates that adult mosquitoes and larvae are selective for different nutrients. This article provides a near-natural labeling method for studying the biological characteristics of larvae.
