目的了解城市污水处理过程中的职业病危害因素,探讨防治对策。方法据国家相关的法规、条例和国家职业卫生标准,选择某污水处理厂进行职业病危害因素调查并对职业病危害因素进行检测。结果检测5个接触噪声作业工种,均达到国家卫生标准;4种有毒物质的测试结果全部符合国家标准。污水处理工艺主要的职业病危害因素是噪声和硫化氢,部分工作岗位品噪声强度超过90 dB(A),硫化氢浓度低于检出限0.35 mg/m3。结论应加强有关作业工人的防护。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards in urban sewage treatment and to discuss the control strategies. Methods According to the relevant national laws, regulations and national occupational health standards, a sewage treatment plant was selected to carry out a survey of occupational hazards and the occupational hazards were tested. Results There were 5 work types exposed to noise and reached the national health standards. The test results of 4 toxicants all met the national standards. The main occupational hazards of sewage treatment are noise and hydrogen sulfide, the noise intensity of some work products exceeds 90 dB (A), and the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is lower than the detection limit of 0.35 mg / m3. Conclusion The protection of working workers should be strengthened.
