《最高人民法院关于审理民事案件适用诉讼时效制度若干问题的规定》于2008年9月1日开始正式施行。对于其中有关诉讼时效中断的新规定,我们银行类金融机构应该密切关注,以便更好地指导我们的业务发展、防范风险。
The Provisions of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the System of Limitation of Lawsuits for Trial of Civil Cases came into effect on September 1, 2008. Regarding the new regulation on the suspension of the limitation of action, our banking financial institutions should pay close attention to better guiding our business development and guarding against risks.
