通过先行试验证明,对于酸溶铝高的一般取向硅钢,由于氮化铝的形成,抑制初次晶粒的能力加强,应配合较大的二次冷轧压下率。酸溶铝在0.016～0.032％范围时,二次冷轧压下率应控制在57～63％,而且第二次冷轧压下率随含铝量的增加而增加。这样可获得磁性较好的取向硅钢。
Through the pilot test proves that for the general oriented silicon steel with high dissolved aluminum content, due to the formation of aluminum nitride, the ability of inhibiting the primary crystal grains should be strengthened and the secondary cold rolling reduction rate should be matched. When the acid-soluble aluminum is in the range of 0.016-0.032%, the reduction rate of secondary cold rolling should be controlled at 57-63%, and the reduction rate of the second cold rolling increases with the increase of the content of aluminum. This can be better magnetic orientation of silicon steel.
