钛及钛合金的可焊性高纯度的钛(99.9%)强度不高,因此不能应用,目前用的是工业纯钛,含钛99.5%以下。为了改善钛的加工性能和机械性能,钛的合金化具有很大的意义。在钛合金中常加的元素有:铝、锡、锆、铬、锰、钼、钒、铁等。铝、锡、氧、氮、碳等在钛中溶解,有稳定(?)相作用,称这些元素为(?)稳定元素。钼、钒、铌、钽等在钛中溶解,有稳定β相的作用,称这些元素为β稳定元素。
