目前,工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习已成为我国大力推行的人才培养模式,是更好培养学生实践能力、动手操作能力的重要手段。为了实现这种教学目标,我们必须要加大与之适应的教学队伍建设,从而保证教学工作的顺利开展。双师型教师的建设便是基于这种时代背景下产生的,本文从双师型教师需要具备的条件、队伍建设要点入手分析,深入阐述了校企合作模式下打造双师型教师要点,仅供同行工作参考。
At present, the combination of work and study, school-enterprise cooperation and internship have become the model of personnel training vigorously promoted in our country, which is an important means to better cultivate students’ practical abilities and hands-on abilities. In order to achieve this teaching goal, we must increase the construction of the teaching team to adapt to, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the teaching work.
