杭政办函[2016]87号各区、县(市)人民政府,市政府有关部门、有关直属单位:为进一步完善我市政府信息公开工作,着力解决当前政府信息公开工作中存在的公开不主动、不及时和公开效果不理想等问题,加快推进政府信息公开工作规范化、标准化、信息化,为公民、法人和其他社会组织提供一站式的政府信息公开服务,经市政府同意,现就推进杭州市政府信息公开统一管理平台建设有关事项通知如下:
