The Scientific Outlook on Development has put forward newer and higher requirements on the work style and efficiency construction of waterway agencies. In particular, at the critical juncture of seizing new opportunities in waterways and achieving new breakthroughs in waterway development, the efficiency construction of waterway agencies should be further strengthened.
