文章分析了首都独立设置成人高校陷入困境的成因,以及其资产效用欠高的问题,为此提出具有规划意义的四种选择,并逐一分析了各自的利弊,认为转制和由市属普通高校兼并两种选择,在规划上具有优先性。
This paper analyzes the causes of the capital setting up adult colleges and universities in difficulty and the problem of low utility of assets. In this paper, four options of planning significance are proposed and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed one by one. Both options have priority in planning.
