目的探究CT和MRI对于小儿脑性瘫痪的临床诊断意义。方法选择我院2014年6月—2016年1月期间接诊的70例小儿脑性瘫痪患者,依据随机抽取模式将其分为2组,分别是参照组(35例)和试验组(35例)。参照组患儿以CT检查,试验组患儿则借助MRI诊断,观察2组患者诊断准确率(以检出率为准)。结果试验组检出率为93%,参照组检出率为47%,前者相较于后者具有显著优势(P<0.05)。结论 MRI于小儿脑性瘫痪诊断准确率高于CT检查,临床诊断价值较大,建议推广。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic significance of CT and MRI in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Seventy patients with pediatric cerebral palsy admitted during our hospital from June 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random sampling pattern: the reference group (35 cases) and the experimental group (35 cases ). The reference group of children with CT examination, the experimental group of children diagnosed by MRI, the diagnosis of two groups of patients to observe the diagnostic accuracy (based on the detection rate). Results The detection rate of the experimental group was 93% and that of the reference group was 47%. The former had a significant advantage over the latter (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of MRI in children with cerebral palsy is higher than that of CT, and the clinical diagnosis is of great value and is recommended to be popularized.
