目前,我国产业园区从大的分类上可以划分为科技园区、一般工业园区、专业园区等。一、科技园区科技园区一般是指集聚高新技术企业的产业园区。土地类型较为复杂,众多区域为工业用地性质(使用权50年),也有部分区域是混合用地性质(其中含有公寓、写字楼、教育用地等),物业类型上包含了写字楼、标准研发区间、无污染生产单元等,配套了商业物业配套(食堂、会议中心、餐饮服务、商业住宿等)、研发中心、公共服务和技术支持平台等。
