研究目的探讨牛磺酸和维生素E对高脂家兔血脂的作用及对动脉粥样硬化形成的影响,为防治心血管疾病提供理论依据。研究背景动脉粥样硬化的防治,最重要的是饮食控制。牛磺酸和维生素E可降低血清总胆固醇,但对其它血脂的作用研究甚少,故本研究过一步探讨牛磺酸和维生素E对血脂及动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。研究方法2~2.5kg大耳雄性白家兔21只,随机区组法分为阳性对照组、牛磺酸组和维生素E组,每天清晨空腹喂胆固醇诱发动脉粥样硬化,后两组分别加喂牛磺酸片和维生素E各30Omg。实验开始、第5周、第10周清晨由耳线静脉取血测定血脂,实验未处无动物,取主动脉组织固定后病理检查。结果牛磺酸和维生素E可升高家兔的血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)寺。血小板聚积率(P<0.05或P<0.01),减轻主动脉内股的灶性增厚。结论牛磺酸和维生素E可调节饲高脂家兔的血脂代谢,预防血栓形成和动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of taurine and vitamin E on blood lipids in rabbits with hyperlipidemia and its effect on the formation of atherosclerosis and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Research Background Atherosclerosis prevention and treatment, the most important is diet control. Taurine and vitamin E can reduce serum total cholesterol, but little research on the role of other lipids, so this study one step to explore the impact of taurine and vitamin E on the formation of blood lipids and atherosclerosis. METHODS: Twenty-one male white rabbits (2 ~ 2.5kg) were randomly divided into positive control group, taurine group and vitamin E group. Cholesterol-induced atherosclerosis was fasting every morning. Feed the taurine tablets and vitamin E each 30Omg. At the beginning of the experiment, blood was collected from the ear vein in the fifth week and the tenth week in the early morning to determine the blood lipids. No animals were found in the experiment, and the pathological examination of the aorta was performed after fixation. Results Taurine and vitamin E increased HDL-C, TC, TG and LPO in rabbits. Platelet accumulation rate (P <0.05 or P <0.01), reduce the aortic thickening of the shares. Conclusion Taurine and vitamin E can regulate blood lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rabbits and prevent thrombosis and atherosclerosis.
