(一)导言前篇所说Cortisone大规模合成,是用一种胆酸作原料,其他各种方法也都在进行中,其中以完全人工合成法为最新而且又是最有价值的成就,现在就只以胆酸作原料输入C_(17)上的羟基法,及完全人工合成法提前加以综述,其馀容以后再补述,本文中所述的完全人工合成方法包括R.B.Woodward等发表的简报,这些方法还有许多缺点,例如步骤太多,各步的收得量不多等等,所以在实际上,用来制造Cortisone还是极不经济。 (二)仍以服酸作原料合成Cortisone的新法输入C_(17)上的羟基:在前篇已经说过加入羟基于C_(17)上系用O_sO_4作用于不饱和的氰化物,再经还元分解而得,如下式所示:
