破伤风原制类毒素改为氢氧化铝吸附精制破伤风类毒素以后,在免疫效果上有一定的提高。在不降低免疫效果的基础上可以减少注射针次,减小注射剂量。但近年来随着注射人数和注射次数的增加,接种后的反应人数也有增加趋势,从生产的角度来考虑,除了减少培养基中的过敏原性物质,提高精制纯度等方法外,吸附剂的配制及物理外观对制品质量也有一定的影响。目前国内氢氧化铝的配制方法有二种:一为氢氧化钠法,一为氢氧化氨法,本文仅就两法所配制的吸附精制破伤风类毒素,从物理外观方面加以比较。
