目的 :探讨药物治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。 方法 :采用经会阴前列腺局部药物注射联合应用α受体拮抗剂 ,治疗 73例慢性前列腺炎病人。治疗期间连续做尿常规和前列腺分泌物检查。 结果 :48例 (6 5 8% )病人在注射治疗 1～ 2次后治愈 ;17例 (2 3 3% )病人治疗几次后症状得到缓解。 结论 :使用抗菌素前列腺局部注射联合应用α受体拮抗剂治疗慢性前列腺炎是一种有效方法。为获得满意的评价 ,还需要进行更长时间的随访研究
Objective: To explore the effective method of drug treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods: A total of 73 patients with chronic prostatitis were treated with a combination of local injection of perineal prostatic drugs and α-receptor antagonist. Continuous treatment of urine and prostate secretions during the inspection. Results: 48 patients (65.8%) were cured after 1 or 2 times of injection. The symptoms were relieved in 17 patients (23.3%) after treatment for several times. Conclusions: The use of antibiotic prostatic injection in combination with α-receptor antagonist in the treatment of chronic prostatitis is an effective method. In order to be satisfied with the evaluation, further studies are needed
