用体外琼脂法测定102例再障病人骨髓GM-CFU 产率,均数为2.2/2×10~5,与102例正常骨髓GM-CFU 产率(均数101.5/2×10~5)比较,两者差别非常显著。认为骨髓GM-CFU 测定有利于对不典型再障的诊断,对再障病人的发病机理分型及指导治疗有一定价值。
The bone marrow GM-CFU production in 102 patients with aplastic anemia was determined by in vitro agar method, with a mean of 2.2 / 2 × 10-5, which was compared with the yield of 102 normal bone marrow GM-CFU (mean 101.5 / 2 × 10-5) , The difference between the two is very significant. That bone marrow GM-CFU determination is conducive to the diagnosis of atypical aplastic anemia in patients with aplastic anemia and the pathogenesis of type therapy has some value.
