能否正确确定产品的使用效果及其使用效果系数,是对产品或技术方案的技术经济效果进行正确评价、对其经济效益进行正确计算的基础。本文为解决这个问题,论述了使用效果的定义、内容、种类,使用效果与产品质量的关系;影响使用效果的因素以及使用效果的确定原则与方法。本文重点是论述在产品质量指标不能直接表示使用效果时,质量指标对使用效果的影响,即使用效果影响系数的确定方法,并以实例说明这种方法的应用。
The correct determination of the effect of using the product and the coefficient of its effectiveness is the basis for correctly evaluating the technical and economic effects of a product or a technical solution and for correctly calculating its economic benefits. In order to solve this problem, this paper discusses the definition, content, type of use effect, the relationship between the use effect and product quality, the factors affecting the use effect and the determining principles and methods of using effect. This article focuses on the quality of the product quality indicators can not directly indicate the use of the effect of quality indicators on the use of effect, that is, the use of the method of determining the coefficient of effect, and an example to illustrate the application of this method.
