为解决上海市民“吃鱼难”问题,国家计委于1984年下达了“上海市郊区池墉养鱼高产技术大面积综合试验”项目。试验面积13809亩,占当时上海郊区鱼塘总面积的四分之一。三年来,在上海市水产局的主持下,上海水产大学等单位的科技人员通力协作参加试验。试验包括从鱼种繁育、成鱼养殖直至商品鱼上市的各个环节,重点抓苗种、饲料、水质与饲养管理等技术关键,因地制宜地推广应用经过
In order to solve the problem of “hard-to-eat fish” in Shanghai, the State Development Planning Commission issued a project in 1984 on a large-scale comprehensive trial of the high-yielding technology for fish farming in the suburb of Shanghai.
