“零事故活动”的基本理念是以人为本,在此基础上关注每一个人的生命,不允许任何安全事故发生,全体人员共同参与解决企业的危险和问题,关注员工的安全和健康,真正开展预防活动,这就是“零事故活动”。该活动是由日本中央劳动灾害防止协会于1973年倡导开展的,得到了日本劳动省的大力支持。
