随着当今社会的日新月异,社会对人才的要求也逐步提高,加强高校共青团的建设,不断引导、带领广大团员青年成长成才愈发重要。高校共青团组织是有朝气、有创造力的队伍,提升团组织的吸引力也就显得尤为重要,所以有必要进一步梳理高校共青团组织发展现状,深入研究大学生对其认同度和参与度。针对高校共青团组织覆盖度高但认同度低、活动形式多样却浮于表面、新媒体运用不得要领的问题,全面分析内外因素,从而得出提升大学生对共青团组织认同率和参与率的对策,为青年大学生走向社会奠定良好基础。
With the rapid development of today’s society, the demands for talent from the society have also been gradually raised. It is increasingly important to strengthen the building of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and constantly guide and lead the youth members of the League. Therefore, it is necessary to further sort out the status quo of CYL organizations in colleges and universities, and to study in depth the degree of acceptance and participation of undergraduates in colleges and universities. Aiming at the problems such as the high coverage of college Communist Youth League, the low recognition degree, the variety of activities in the university, the ineffective use of new media, and the comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors, we can find out the countermeasures to enhance college students’ acceptance rate and participation rate of the Communist Youth League. Young college students to social lay a good foundation.
