通过热分解法,可制备出平均晶粒尺寸<100 nm的WO3材料,在此材料中掺入适 量的用溶胶-凝胶法制备的SiO2可制得对NH3有较好灵敏度的气敏元件.该元件选择性 好,响应时间短,可作为理想的氨敏元件.
The WO3 material with average grain size less than 100 nm can be prepared by pyrolysis method. The suitable gas sensor with better sensitivity to NH3 can be prepared by adding appropriate amount of SiO2 prepared by sol - gel method. The element selectivity, response time is short, can be used as the ideal ammonia-sensitive components.
