Topiramate (TPM) is a novel anti-epileptic drug (AEDs) with multiple mechanism of action. According to the recommended overseas pediatric drug delivery method, TPM needs a long time to achieve the target dose or obvious pharmacological effect, and usually takes about 6 ~ 9 weeks or longer [1]. From December 2000 to February 2002, we took the treatment of children with frequent epilepsy
