随着城市轨道交通的发展,越来越多的工程项目需临近轨道进行施工。本文介绍了京包高速公路(五环路-六环路段)工程上地斜拉桥主塔承台基坑防护及施工监测技术,该基坑紧邻既有运行的北京市城铁13号线,基坑侧壁距城铁路基中心线最小距离为8.26m。基坑施工采用防护桩与锚喷相结合的方式,并在基坑开挖和混凝土浇筑过程中对城铁路基及基坑顶部进行变形监测,采取变形预警管理。经监测,城铁路基及基坑变形各项指标均在设计允许范围之内,保证了城铁的运营安全。
With the development of urban rail transit, more and more projects need to be in orbit nearby. This paper introduces the technology of foundation pit protection and construction monitoring for the main tower of cable-stayed bridge on the Beijing - Baoan Expressway (Fifth Ring Road - Sixth Ring Road) project. The foundation pit is close to the existing operation of Beijing Metro Line 13, The minimum distance from the side wall of foundation pit to the center line of urban railroad is 8.26m. The construction of the foundation pit adopts the combination of the protective pile and the anchor spray. During the excavation of the foundation pit and the concrete pouring, the deformation monitoring of the top of the railway subgrade and the foundation pit of the city is carried out, and the deformation early warning management is taken. After monitoring, the indicators of urban railroad embankment and foundation pit deformation are within the design allowable range, ensuring the operational safety of the MTRC.
