对青少年犯罪的研究不能停留在“描述”这个阶段了,而应当尽快地转入科学的分析和“解释”阶段。尽管已有不少人开始了这方面的研究,但往往只是描述性的解释。“解释”在这里的真正含义是“证明”,即犯罪研究应从经验的描述转入科学的证明。一、从“是什么”到“为什么”现在我们着手研究对青少年犯罪原因进行“解释”的理论设想,这是把青少年犯罪研究推向另一个阶段的尝试。要保证这设想不成为空谈,取决于研究的目的性和科学性两大因素。
The research on juvenile delinquency can not stop at the “description” stage, but should be transferred to the stage of scientific analysis and “explanation” as soon as possible. Although many people have started the research in this field, they are often only descriptive explanations. The true meaning of “interpretation” here is “proof,” that criminal studies should be shifted from empirical description to scientific proof. First, from “what” to “why” Now we are going to study the theoretical tentative idea of “explaining” the causes of juvenile delinquency. This is an attempt to take adolescent criminality research to another stage.
