根据基因中核苷关联短程为主性(D2 为主)的概念,通过比较基因间的D2,定义基因组中的基因关联F,F取值的主要范围为0 和1 间,F~1 表示基因的强关联,F~0 表示关联是无规的.以酵母基因组为例,研究了酵母各条染色体上的基因关联,发现F的最可几值一般在0.8~0.9;证明了基因间存在较强的关联.比较编码区和非编码区,发现非编码区间的关联、非编码区和编码区的关联较编码区间的关联为弱,F值低10% 左右.
According to the concept that the nucleotides in the genes are related to short-range (D2-dominated), by comparing D2 between genes, the main range of the values of F and F in the genome is defined as 0 and 1, F ~ 1 means Strong association, F ~ 0 indicates that the association is random. Taking the yeast genome as an example, we studied the genetic association of each chromosome in yeast and found that the most probable value of F was 0.8 ~ 0.9. It was proved that there was a strong correlation between genes. The coding region and the non-coding region were compared. It was found that the correlation between the non-coding region and the coding region was weaker than the coding region, and the F value was about 10% lower.
