上海市教育科学研究院民办教育研究所成立于1995年12月,是国内第一家成建制从事民办教育宏观政策研究及民办学校研发工作的专业研究机构,也是一家在上海和全国率先进行体制改革实验的教育科研机构。现有事业编制科研人员15名,其中研究员3名、副研究员1名,博士8名;另有杂志、网站采编及行政人员7名。研究所遵循“科研为中心、学校为基地、周边事业作保证”的办所方针,实施“业务精细化、队伍专业化、管理规范化、运作市场化”的办所策略,坚持为政府教育决策服务和为学校改革发展服务.聚焦民办
Founded in December 1995, the Institute of Private Education of Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences is the first professional research institute in China that is engaged in the research on macroeconomic policies for private education and the research and development of private schools in China. It is also the first institution to reform the private sector in Shanghai and the whole country Experimental education and research institutions.
