简易机油浄化装置

拖拉机用的机油,起着润滑、冷却、清洗、密封和防锈等作用。但在使用中,由于不注意净化,机油直接与空气接触,杂质容易混入。另外,由于温度变化,水蒸气凝结,会使机油中含有水分。虽然发动机上装有机油过滤器,可对杂质及水分进行过滤,但很难全部滤清。如果在向机车加注前,使机油密封,尽量不与空气直接接触,同时加以过滤和沉淀,则机油的净化效果就会好得多。为此我们设计制做了一套机外机油净化装置,使机油的机内、机外净化结合起来,经过几年使用,诩明效果较好。现将这套净化装置介绍如下:
