对北京市部分市民参加健身活动情况的调查

通过对北京市一个居民点、一个健身活动点和部分散居市民参加体育锻炼情况的调查、分析,讨论了首都一般市民参加健身活动的现象、特点及存在的问题,并提出了加大宣传力度、加强政府的决策指导、宏观调控和社区、单位、部分的组织实施,切实有效地解决群众反映强烈的一些问题和困难,以及社会、单位、学校、家庭等多方面深入持久的教育,特别是对青少年和儿童的教育,以推动《全民健身计划》逐步落实的建议。

This paper analyzes and discusses the phenomenon, characteristics and existing problems of general citizens participating in fitness activities in Beijing through a survey on the physical exercise in a residential area, a fitness activity spot and some diaspora citizens in Beijing. It also puts forward some suggestions to increase publicity, Strengthen the guidance and macro-control of the government and the organization and implementation of the community, units and departments so as to effectively and effectively address some of the problems and difficulties that the masses are facing as well as the in-depth and lasting education of the society, the units, schools and families, Adolescents and children’s education, in order to promote the “National Fitness Program” gradually implemented recommendations.
