目的调查与分析深圳市某塑胶五金厂一起急性混合气体吸入反应的原因,防止类似事件的发生。方法采用流行病学、职业卫生学的调查方法,对患者所在的封闭式丝印车间丝印生产线相关岗位进行空气中有害物质浓度监测,对工作场所使用的洗面水、洗网水、开油水、油墨等挥发性气体进行质谱分析以及对有吸入反应的工人进行健康状况调查。结果根据调查,初步考虑为一起因接触车间空气中较高浓度的有机溶剂而引起的急性混合气体吸入反应事件。结论凡有使用洗面水、洗网水、开油水等有机溶剂的封闭式车间,应弄清其有毒物质化学成分,完善车间通风排毒系统,并严格要求发放和佩戴有效的个人防护用品。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cause of acute mixed gas inhalation reaction with a plastic hardware factory in Shenzhen to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents. Methods The epidemiological and occupational hygiene methods were used to monitor the concentrations of harmful substances in the air in the silk screening production line of the closed silkscreen workshop where the patients were located. The surface water, wash water, open water, ink and so on used in the workplace Volatile gases are analyzed by mass spectrometry and health surveys of workers exposed to inhalation. Results According to the survey, preliminary consideration was given to an incident of acute mixed gas inhalation reaction due to exposure to higher concentrations of organic solvents in the air of the workshop. Conclusions Where there is a closed workshop that uses organic solvents such as wash water, wash water and open oil water, the chemical composition of toxic substances should be clarified, the ventilation and detoxification system should be improved, and effective personal protective equipment should be distributed and worn.
