2011年教育部、中央政法委《关于实施卓越法律人才教育培养计划的若干意见》提出培养应用型、复合型法律职业人才。目前我国高素质的律师人才缺口非常大。作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,民办高校基于培养法律职业共同体人才的目标,应当积极探索实践教学改革以培养卓越律师人才。本文通过对民办高校卓越律师人才培养的实践教学改革研究,旨在改革传统法学教学模式进而为民办高校培养卓越律师人才献言献策。
In 2011, the Ministry of Education and the Central Political and Law Commission “Several Opinions on Carrying Out the Plan of Education and Training of Outstanding Legal Professionals” proposed to train applied and complex legal professionals. At present, the gap of high-quality lawyers in our country is very large. As an important part of the higher education system in our country, private universities should actively explore the practical teaching reform so as to cultivate the outstanding lawyers based on the goal of cultivating legal professional community. In this paper, through the study of practice teaching reform of personnel training of outstanding lawyers in private colleges and universities, this paper aims to reform the traditional law teaching mode and offer advice and suggestions for the cultivation of outstanding lawyers in private universities.
