目的通过静脉药物配置中心(pharmacy intraenous admixture service,PIVAS)的运行,探讨PIVAS的优点及不足,从而确保患者用药安全性。方法通过医院实行静脉药物配置1年半以来的情况,分析开展PIVAS的意义。结果医院建立PIVAS,实行药物集中配置管理后,消除了以往的工作模式弊端,提高了患者的合理用药,减少了药品的流失和浪费,促进了临床药学的发展。结论建立PIVAS是现代医院药学服务的重要内容。
Objective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of PIVAS through the operation of pharmacy intraenous admixture service (PIVAS) so as to ensure the safety of patients. Methods Through the hospital for intravenous drug allocation for a year and a half since the situation, analyze the significance of PIVAS. Results The establishment of PIVAS in hospitals led to the elimination of the drawbacks of the previous working models, the rational use of drugs by the patients, the reduction of the loss and waste of medicines and the promotion of the development of clinical pharmacy. Conclusion The establishment of PIVAS is an important part of modern hospital pharmacy services.
