对萃取体系的盐效应进行了研究。选择了 5种盐 (Al Cl3 ,Na2 C2 O4,Na Cl,KCl,Na Ac)作为研究对象 ,考察了其对有机溶剂乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯萃取水溶液中 1,2 -环己二醇的影响 ,结果表明盐对1,2 -环己二醇萃取有两种影响 ,一种为盐的存在引起萃取剂的水解反应 ,造成 1,2 -环己二醇的萃取性能下降 ;另一种为盐的盐析作用 ,使 1,2 -环己二醇的萃取分配系数增加。同时建立了分配系数与盐浓度之间的关系式。
The salt effect of extraction system was studied. Five kinds of salts (Al Cl3, Na2 C2 O4, Na Cl, KCl and Na Ac) were selected as the research objects. The effects of organic solvents such as ethyl acetate and butyl acetate on the extraction of 1,2 - cyclohexanediol The results showed that the salt had two effects on the 1,2 - cyclohexanediol extraction. One was the hydrolysis of the extractant caused by the presence of salt, which led to the decrease of the extraction performance of 1,2 - cyclohexanediol. The other Salt salting effect, the 1,2 - cyclohexanediol extraction partition coefficient increased. At the same time, the relationship between partition coefficient and salt concentration was established.
