目的:观察心乐胶囊对心脏的保护作用。方法:观察心乐胶囊对麻醉猫血流动力学、对大鼠冠脉血流量、血液流变学、凝血时间及对小鼠常压耐缺氧时间的影响,研究心乐胶囊对心脏的保护作用。结果:心乐胶囊能显著降低麻醉猫动脉收缩压(SAP)、动脉舒张压(DAP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、左室内压上升速率(dp/dtmax)及左室内压下降速率(-dp/dtmax)(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著增加大鼠在体冠脉流量,延长凝血时间(P<0.01);显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间(P<0.01)。结论:心乐胶囊能降低心脏负荷、增加冠脉血流量、抗血栓形成、延长耐氧时间,这可能是其保护心脏作用的可能机制。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Xinle capsule on heart. Methods: The effects of Xingle Capsule on the hemodynamics, coronary flow, hemorheology, clotting time and the hypoxia tolerant time of mice in anesthetized cats were studied. effect.
