】1993~1997年,对四川省农科院植保所研制的旱育秧种衣剂1~8号,进行了室内和田间促苗、防病等综合效应试验。结果表明,种衣剂包衣处理的种子,按常规方法浸种、催芽,其发芽势为87.41%,发芽率为91.86%,清水对照分别为86.50%和90.75%,种衣剂对种子发芽无不利影响。田间出苗率,包衣种比对照出苗率提高16.77%~24.48%,秧苗单株分蘖数增加16.00%~33.60%,秧苗鲜重增加33.26%,增产8.72%。小区试验表明,8种旱育秧种衣剂对防治旱秧立枯病、青枯病的效果差异较大。其中,种衣剂6号的防效最好,达79.77%~92.25%,大田防效为72.06%。
