工程项目是企业懒以生存和发展的前提,是施工企业实现经济效益的源泉。随着国家经济发展,行业竞争日趋激烈,施工企业的利润空间逐渐减少,责任成本管理一旦出现问题,很可能造成项目亏损,因此工程项目责任成本管理相当重要。目前施工企业工程项目管理仍然存在一些问题与不足,不能满足经济发展的需要。本文就加强工程项目责任成本管理问题,结合近些年来工作的实践经验,谈谈自己的一些看法。

With the economic development of our country, the competition in the industry is getting fiercer, and the profit margin of construction enterprises is gradually reduced. If there is a problem in responsibility cost management, it is likely to cause project losses. Therefore, it is very important to manage the project responsibility cost. At present, there are still some problems and deficiencies in construction project management, which can not meet the needs of economic development. This article to strengthen the responsibility of the project cost management issues, combined with the practical experience of work in recent years, to talk about some of their own views.
