从1949年10月至1952年12月,史称国民经济恢复时期。这个时期是我党历史上廉政建设卓有成效的时期,积累了许多宝贵经验:警钟长鸣,从严治党;制定法规,执法严明;精简机构,高效促廉;党和政府的反腐斗争与打击社会上的违法斗争相结合;廉政建设紧紧围绕经济建设这个中心进行。总结这些历史经验,对于今天的反腐倡廉,保证改革开放事业的顺利进行仍有重要的借鉴意义。
From October 1949 to December 1952, the history of the national economy was called the recovery period. This period marked a period of fruitful achievements in building an honest and clean government in our party’s history and accumulated a great deal of valuable experience: long-sounded bells, strict control of the party, formulation of laws and regulations, strict enforcement of laws, streamlining of institutions, promotion of honesty and efficiency, anti-corruption struggle of the party and government and fight against the society Combating the illegal struggles; the construction of an honest and clean government will focus on the center of economic construction. To sum up these historical experiences is still an important reference for today’s anti-corruption campaign and for the smooth progress of the cause of reform and opening up.
