目的:建立颠胃酸口服液中枸橼酸含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸二氢铵-磷酸缓冲液(pH 3.0),检测波长210 nm,进样量20μL,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃。结果:枸橼酸在5.0~150.0μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,线性方程Y=0.5913X+0.5236(r=0.9997),加样回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.35%(n=9)。结论:本文所建立的方法便捷、重现性好,适用于颠胃酸口服液中枸橼酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of citric acid in the oral liquid of stomach acid. METHODS: Diamonsil-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was ammonium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 3.0). The detection wavelength was 210 nm. , Column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The linearity of citric acid in the range of 5.0 ~ 150.0μg / mL was linear with the peak area. The linear equation was Y = 0.5913X + 0.5236 (r = 0.9997), the recoveries were 98.0% and RSD was 1.35% = 9). Conclusion: The method established in this article is convenient and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of citric acid in the oral liquid of stomach acid.
