例1,王某,女,43岁。因胸闷、气短、阵发性心前区疼痛3天入院。查体:神清语利,口唇无发绀,双肺无罗音。心率80次/分,律齐,无杂音。腹软,无压痛。心电示:V_1～V_3,T波低平。诊断为“冠心病”。给予脉栓通1.2g加入5％葡萄糖500ml中静脉滴注。约1min左右患者自党腹部绞痛难忍、恶心、全身不适。查体:P86次/分、Bp21/11kpa。痛苦面容,强迫体位,口唇无发绀,双肺无罗音,心率86次/
