3月底,国家环境保护部召开会议,讨论和部署行业协会参与“高污染、高环境风险”产品名录与相关环境经济政策的制定。中国橡胶工业协会已经着手组织相关产品生产企业及相关专家进行调研和论证。努力走出一条低消耗、低排放、高效益、高产出的新型工业化道路,实现经济发展和保护环境双赢,是中国橡胶工业的目标。详见本期《实施绿色经济政策促进人与环境和谐橡胶工业努力实现发展和环保双赢目标》。
The end of March, the State Environmental Protection Department held a meeting to discuss and deploy industry associations to participate in “high pollution, high environmental risk” product directory and related environmental economic policy formulation. China Rubber Industry Association has already started to organize relevant product manufacturers and related experts to conduct research and demonstration. It is the goal of China’s rubber industry to work hard to get out of a new path of industrialization featuring low consumption, low emission, high efficiency and high output to achieve a win-win economic development and environmental protection.
