本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法,根据初中女生的生理及心理特点进行健身操的创编,并采用单组纵贯重复始末测(坐位体前屈、800米、台阶指数和肺活量的始末成绩)的实验设计,根据教学任务对西安高新国际中学初二年级两个班的14周岁女学生共45人的实验对象进行每周三次,每次60分钟,为期12周,共计36学时的初中女子健身操的教学实验,旨在创编出适合其练习和具有一定健身效果的健身操。
