依据《中国学术期刊国际引证报告》的数据,对反映我国科技期刊国际影响力的主要指标进行对比分析。结果表明,以总被引频次和影响因子为指标遴选的top10%期刊的国际影响力,已经超过很多SCI期刊,某些学科影响因子平均值已接近或超过SCI学科均值。这一结果使我们全面、清晰地了解到我国学术期刊在国际上的影响力,有利于增强自信心,并有助于期刊制订进一步国际化的发展战略。
Based on the data from the “International Citation Report of Chinese Academic Journals,” a comparative analysis is made on the major indicators that reflect the international influence of Chinese sci-tech periodicals. The results show that the top 10% journals selected by the total citation frequency and impact factor have more international influence than many SCI journals, and the average of some subject impact factors approaches or exceeds the SCI average. This result enables us to fully and clearly understand the international influence of academic journals in our country, enhance self-confidence and contribute to the development of a more internationalized development strategy for journals.
