我院传染科自1981年元月至1985年4月共收治各型流脑30例,全部治愈。为加深对流脑的认识和提高抢救水平,现将30例临床资料分析如下。资料分析一、一般情况:30例中男15例,女15例,男女之比1:1,年龄最小13岁,最大80岁。30例均为散发病例,发生在冬春季节为26例。其中暴发型3例。二、临床表现:头痛30例,颈项强直30例,发热37.5°～41℃29例,呕吐26例,昏迷15例,皮疹11例。
