烟台中集来福士公司将完成它的第一个半潜式钻井平台“COSL Pioneer”的试验作业。这个钻井平台,是专为中海油田服务有限公司建造的,也是在中国建造的第一个深海半潜式钻井平台。作为在交付使用之前的最后一个里程碑,此次海洋试航将在它的设计操作条件下对平台的船体、机械、电器以及其他的相关系统进行一个集成测试并打分。在此期间,调试工程师将对平台的推进器以及动力定位、声波定位器、通讯设备、抛锚处,以及应急系统做一个测试。
Yantai CIMC Raffles will complete its first semi-submersible drilling platform “COSL Pioneer” pilot operations. The rig, built specifically for China Oilfield Services Ltd., is also the first deep sea semi-submersible drilling platform built in China. As the last milestone before delivery, this marine trial will conduct an integrated test and score points on the platform’s hull, machinery, appliances and other related systems under its design operating conditions. During this time, the commissioning engineer will test the platform’s thrusters as well as dynamic positioning, sonar, communication equipment, anchors, and emergency systems.
